If applicant has valid US multiple entry visa & is travelling for Tourist purpose – applicant can get visa on arrival. In case, applicant wants to apply in the Embassy for the visa then Embassy can issue the visa with the below mention docs
1 Complete Visa Application Form stapled with 1 Passport size photograph
Travel Itinerary and Hotel Reservation
A Covering letter on company letter head. It should be translated into Spanish
Letter from the Bank giving Date of opening of an account, annual average balance maintained during the year, Date of last Deposit. (NO BANK STATEMENTS) (Should also be translated into Spanish.)
Original Passport & copies of visaed pages.
Police Clearance Certificate is required. (Should also be translated into Spanish.)
If the applicant is invited by friend or relative then he/she must attach the invitation letter along with copy of the Identity or resident card of the invitee.
Applicant must attach the invitation letter which should be notarized and legalized by Procuraduría General de la República Dominicana and invitation letter should have the below mentioned clause which is:

“Garantizo que (nombre, nacionalidad y pasaporte), no permanecerá en la República Dominicana más tiempo que el concedido por la Dirección General de Migración, ni solicitara residencia o cambio de estatus migratorio desde el territorio dominicano, dedicándose exclusivamente a la actividad por la cual le fue otorgado el visado. Me hago moral y económicamente responsable de su retorno a su país de origen, asumiendo pagar a favor del Estado Dominicano cualquier gasto en que dicha persona pueda incurrir durante su estancia en el país, o que se origine como consecuencial de su repatriación o deportación del mismo”.

If applicant has valid multiple entry visa for USA, Canada, UK or Schengen countries then he may get tourist card on arrival. If he/she is traveling for tourist purpose only then they may apply in the Embassy for the tourist visa.

Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
